darcydodoDespite rehearsal going until 10 last night, I got to watch last night's Angel today, thanks to the wonders of buffy.nu and BitTorrent. I wish the resolution were a little teensy weensy bit better, though.
To Spike/Andrew/pennies, I would like to say: Onion blossoms! So very much the exact same dynamic between the two!
More girly screams. I am so going to have to hunt them all down, one day.
I so figured out what was going on with Spike being the torturer way back when, and yet at the same time my mind was racing, going, "OK, so Spike was in LA 11 years ago... that's before he was in Prague... where was Dru, then? why wasn't she watching the torture? 'Cause he must've been doing it for her, it's not like his usual style...." 'Cause apparently I don't trust my instincts well enough to appreciate that I was right that Dana was muddling Spike with her real torturer, thanks to the Slayer memories.

Andrew rocks. Silliest hair ever, but he rocks. Bless his little cotton socks.
I know where Willow and Kennedy are! And they're still together! (OK, I did adore Willow/Tara, but I like Kennedy, too. Kite strings and all.) *ponders writing W/K in Brazil*
Twiggy. Hee. And Andrew's line about none of the Slayers having dated Angel. Hee.
And the actress playing Dana was really good.
I think other, better people than I have said everything else better than I could, so I shall leave it at that and go work on tomorrow's presentation. *checks watch* Oh fuck.

also, people are being unnecessarily mean to angel about that.

it is interesting to watch lindsey manipulate spike, though. as "doyle." *shakes head*
and i loved the "parasite eve" comment.
