Yes, it's called having the date on your computer set to the future. In my case, yesterday, the brief trip backwards through time was annoying because lj complains if you have your current post set to a time prior to your previous post. (Unless you backdate the entry, in which case other complications ensue. But you can also simply manually set the date and time.)
