What does an amber alert for a kidnap mean? You should be a bit worried?

Umm, no. It's the name for an alert system that puts the details of kidnapping cases on electric freeway signs and whatnot, so as to spread the information quickly and widely in the relevant area. I've got a bit of code on my main webpage that's also an amber alert ticker.
