Lyric Wheel fic

What have I been doing instead of real work? Writing fiction, of course. So here is my piece for the second round of the Buffy and Angel Lyric Wheel. I really, really wouldn't mind having it beta'd by someone, now that I'm allowed to, before I post it to lists and on my own fiction page and whatnot. Also, I'll remember to include a couple of headers here, 'cause I can learn from my mistakes. Really. :)
