Damn, damn, damn.

I did the old sleeping-through-my-alarm routine, the alarm that was supposed to wake me up six hours ago to write a short essay. Oh good. Today should be fun.

The following comment on my lyric wheel story made me laugh lots and lots:

I don't believe that Spike and Xander could ever possibly get together, or that either one would want to, so I'm mentally positing it in an alternate universe.

It is good, and it has some lovely imagery and intense emotions. (I'm afraid I couldn't believe that semen could ever feel like silk, though. Not unless the silk was wet and sticky.)

Kudos to you for a job well done.
