darcydodoOne brief comment about 3x07: Why did D'Anna go all gooey-eyed as soon as she thought Baltar was saying he loved her? At first I thought the look on her face was "oh my god he's frakking nuts" disgust because it looked like he was asking her to keep the torture-probe in his ear, but it subsequently became clear that apparently telling a cylon you love her (or him?) is all you need to do to make them fall to pieces. I mean, seriously. Baltar said "I love you" to Six, clearly meaning it, and a beautiful little smile touched her lips, and apparently she vacated the torture-chamber. Gaius said "I love you" "to" D'Anna, clearly (from her point of view) meaning it, and she melts and caresses his lips with her fingers. And Leoben was trying as hard as he could to get Kara to say "I love you" to him and really mean it.
So, seriously. Is this some sort of weird redemption shit, with God is Love and it's all we ever need to feel to be truly complete in this world?
At some point I really should make a second BSG icon, since this one's technically a bit depressing and angsty.
