My first Veronica Mars post of the season

What's-his-face Mr. Rose's gay assistant is so totally Sebastian the Prime Minister's aide from Little Britain. I said so when he was first on screen, and then the entire time Hallie was recounting his behavior to Veronica, with every new incident she divulged I exclaimed "I told you so!" Throwing a teacup at the wall when he was asked to plan the tenth anniversary party was just so the crowning moment of "I told you so"-ness.

I kind of loved the whole scheme of "Patty Hearst Selma Rose is set up by her husband to be seduced by a girl who's really her husband's lover in order that her husband can divorce her." But mostly it was the idea of the sorority girl being willing to have sex with her female employer.

And they'd better not kill Mac next week. I'm just saying.

Anyway, my general opinion so far is that I'll keep watching because this season is way better than the second season, even if it's still sucky compared to the first season (or even in general). And tigupine and I have decided that we're never going to get used to the new bizarro-version of the theme song; I said that they're probably saying "OMG, we've made this series so dark! We'd better change the music to reflect that!" and are completely unaware that their first season was, oh my god, actually dark. *sigh*

Buying that antenna was a very good investment — this is the fourth episode of VM I've recorded, and it should've been the fifth except I forgot one.

I agree! the new theme song version sucks :-( I am enjoying the less-complicated nature of this season--though Logan is starting to get on my nerves which makes me sad because he is the reason i love the show. He needs to get his snark back on.

And where the hell IS Mac???

The theme song remix isn't very good, but the credits themselves are totally sexy. Either way I'm not terribly enthralled by this season.

I don't watch Veronica Mars, but I was looking at friends of friends, and I thought I recognizes you in that icon. Userinfo lends weight to this hypothesis. If you're not the Darcy I think you are, this is an impressive coincidence.
