Re: the highlights, Thal had highlights this summer. I never really understood why someone with dark hair like hers wanted them (black is beautiful!), but whatever.
Re: Justin, pay attention girlwithjournal and other young, impressionable ones: Justin is a prime example of why smoking pot on a daily basis is a bad thing. I can remember people I've only met once. I don't keep a bong next to my toilet. I think there's a connection.
