OK, figured I'd stick up my results to the Eternals quiz:

I'm Destiny!
Which Member of the Endless Are You?

Possibly quite fitting, because halfway through the quiz I said, for fuck's sake, I'm going to be Destiny, aren't I?

And in other news, did a third drabble for this week.

Cute quiz, though curse you for putting yet more displacement temptation in my way. I'm Destruction, which is cool, I always kinda liked him. Though when it asked, if you could have one wish, what would it be, I chose 'lost love' before I thought about it, and then realized what I'd just done and felt foolish.

Who'd have thought we'd have such similar reactions, hey?

I love Death, too. But I don't see myself as being anywhere near as...cool, really.

I'll not comment on whether or not I think this is appropriate for you, 'cause depending on my answer you'd probably either be insulted or worried. ;)

No, share, share! I promise not to be traumatized. ;-)

Well, yeah. I didn't mean you had to compliment me - I didn't get why I got it at all, and I respect your wisdom. But thank you!

::goes off to work on being intrinsically hot:: ;-)

another cool quiz

Have you seen the male or female brain (http://www.guardian.co.uk/life/news/page/0,12983,937443,00.html) test (actually a pair of tests)? The interface is fairly annoying, but it's quite cute (and supposedly scientific - hah). It also told me I have an 'extreme male, borderline autistic' brain, as I mentioned the other day, which amused me enormously.

Well, I was asking [livejournal.com profile] darcydodo where the word drabble comes from. She didn't seem to know, so I went googling for it, and found the following suggested origin (http://www.cix.co.uk/~robm/drabble.htm) for the word drabble. I thought I'd share it, because it's one of those stories that is interesting regardless of whether it's true. Apologies to those of you so immersed in the fanfic world that you've known this from the cradle.
