People are always asking me why I can't wear my hair down after I wash it. Here is photographic evidence that I think will speak far louder than words (except also, remember that this is a full day after the washing, and subsequent to a day confined in a braid — add about another third onto the volume for the true image):

ETA: Oh, and you can see the cute rubber ducky shower curtain in the background, and part of our lovely living room in the foreground.

darcy = luthien.

what brand of hair products do you use? before I lost my hair (it used to be thicker than a full hafflinger pony's tail), I used to have problems finding conditioner that would "bite". sometimes I miss my golden mantle, but damn! I don't miss rushing around the kingdom looking for good conditioners! :)

You should gel it and have it radiating out in a sphere centered on your head. That'd be coooool.

Gel isn't that strong!

Some brands are - Araldite comes to mind.

Araldite is an epoxy resin glue like 5 minute epoxy - which would definitely have your hair sticking out at all angles - it would just never come out :) Although I'm sure the results would be awesome

Hair.......

I like your hair.

I wish I still had mine (attached to me I mean, I still have it, just it is in a bag in the cupboard)

Well, it kind of grows of it's own accord without me having to do much except water it occasionally.

Hey, cool!

Check out the hair! For a moment, I thought my dear [livejournal.com profile] deepad had you beat, but with curls...even my hair is much longer than people think.

Lovely place, indeed, btw. ::covets wooden floor::

You have beautiful hair, and while I understand that there's a ton of it and it is insane at times, I think you should wear it down more often. A couple weeks ago you were wearing it in a ponytail with the elastic or scrunchie or whatever it was about halfway down, and I thought it looked lovely.

You see, this is why you are far, far, far cuter than Willow. Plenty of people have red hair, but hair like yours is seriously amazing. And the feet, though admittedly I don't actually know whether Willow has cute feet.

As an aside, I seem to keep muddling the names 'Will' and 'Willow' when I type. Which could lead to some confusion.

Willow presumably doesn't have stubble :)

Although I know you all mean willow of Buffydom, when you start talking about cute feet, I start thinking about "my" Willow - my friend Garth's baby daughter, who has beautiful feet:

And is generally beautiful:

And is the Willow I started to tell you about at Steph's birthday, Darcy. :)

Mmmmmm, long Darcy hair. Much fun to play with, yes.

wow - it's even longer than I remember. Then again, I only met you for a short period of time and I was rather unfortunately preoccupied. In other news, what a lovely living room! I love the hardwood and the wall colour. Now I'm thinking I should have gone for yellow-ish on my office walls, instead of "Moroccan Desert".

I want my hair to be that long some day. Lovely long hair all the way down to my waist. Yes. Definitely.
