Date: 2004-04-28 10:58 am (UTC)i mean, it's easier when you know you've got the same birthday as kevin costner (jan. 18!) to know that perhaps you ought to have been born on the 17th or the 19th, or something.

Date: 2004-04-28 11:02 am (UTC)Clearly what needs to happen is that we need to turn Jet into a May Pole for her birthday. Yup. Got any long ribbons?

Date: 2004-04-28 11:12 am (UTC)that's an idea. i don't know if we would be able to get her to hold still long enough to turn her into one, though.

Date: 2004-04-28 11:16 am (UTC)It should be fine, so long as she's just spinning in place. ;) I'll sing springtime madrigals... all by myself... *grin*

Date: 2004-04-28 11:35 am (UTC)And the person as maypole thing? Sounds awfully like an SCA thing to me. *g,d,r*
My birthday rocks:
It's a publc holiday in most of Europe, either for labour day or as part of a Queen's day long weekend (NE).
It's easy for people to remember.
It's the opposite of my aunt's birthday (she's 5/1 and I'm 1/5 - or the other way around for the americans).
It's the same day as a very good friend of mine from high school.
And because it's mine. :P

Date: 2004-04-28 11:40 am (UTC)*manages to smack you anyway as you duck by*
If you pick madrigals I know, we can do duets. ;)
I wish there were two-part madrigals!! There probably are, just not ones that I know of. ;)

Date: 2004-04-28 01:27 pm (UTC)Besides, I sang bass and tenor simultaneously once - if you can do the same for the top parts, we're home!
