...but Wikipedia has an entry (although I'd personally never encountered the SF special usage; where I come from, that's called "freaking the mundanes", not "squicking" them). :)

Somewhere, way, way back in my lj entries, there's a comment from fengshui giving a real definition of squick, and it's none of the things listed in Wikipedia. Though I don't know where he got that, so hopefully he'll see this comment and give me an answer. :)
