Most certainly not! I can sing them, but they're sure not awesome. Hence my suspicion.

Yeah, I can't either (for either definition of 'high A'). I've been tricked into successfully belting a chest-voiced tenor's A in a voice class, but never been able to really repeat that...and my days of being able to do justice to the one an octave above that (or even consistently produce it) are, sadly, flown. :P :)
