Why did you start your LJ?
Because I wanted a place to write things down that manifested themselves in my teeming little brain. Before that, every so often I was lucky and actually managed to write something down, but by and large not. And I wanted a place to post random thoughts that occurred to me that I wanted to share with friends at large, if they cared to look, but which would've been really really daft to actually send out in an e-mail.
Who gave you the code to start your LJ?
girlwithjournal
Why did they give you the code?
She had two codes left, and
mciac and I both asked on the same night. She was only too happy to spawn sire us.
If you read fanfic, what is your #1, all-time favorite (yes, you can only pick one).
Hmm. So far? Having only read some, not masssssssssses? Possibly A Thousand Caraway Seeds, by Laura Shapiro.
Which universe does it take place in?
BtVS.
Where can one read this gem?
http://s8219.net/BetterBuffyFic/Archive/ko/laurashapiro-athousandcarawayseeds.txt
Why do you love it so much?
It was one of the first really good fics I read, when I'd just discovered BBF. And it just made sense, as well as being beautifully written. It was also one of the fics that made me want to fill in gaps, as it were, trying to knit bits of story seamlessly with canon.
If you write fanfic, what is your #1, all-time favorite of your own stories (yes, you can only pick one). Go on, you know you want to pimp!
Hmm. At the moment, probably still "Shades of Madness." Though I possibly like some of my drabbles even better.

Where can one read this gem?
http://socrates.berkeley.edu/~dkrasne/fiction/madspike.html (though it's also on allaboutspike, now.)
Why do you love it so much?
I think it works; I think I really captured Spike, at this stage of his life.
Name one person on your friends list whose LJ entries you always look forward to reading (yup, pick only one):
valereix, 'cause she's fucking hysterical.
Do your RL friends know about your LJ?
Some do. If anyone asks, I'll surely tell them; apart from that, it only rarely comes up in conversation.
Does your family know about your LJ?
I mentioned the other day that I had a webblog, in the context of explaining to my mother what blogs are. I said she couldn't read it. She said she didn't want to. Phew. :)
Are there people on your friends list that you have met in RL?
Tons. In the first place, most people that I friend, I friend because I already know them.
Are there people on your friends list that you would like to meet?
Oh, definitely. And some of them I even will!
