It's a medicine called midren (or maybe midrin). Its main drawback is that it makes me really sleepy, so that taking it during the day kind of screws whatever plans I may have, including things like going to class.
The thing is, these may not be migraines. They could be tension headaches, or something else entirely. The doctor wasn't sure, because although I definitely have some migraine symptoms, I also don't have some of the most common ones, like the flashing lights.
