Two quiz-memes
Nov. 2nd, 2006 04:20 pmTechnically, I know, when I say words like "stock" and "stalk," they sound the same, but I picture them as slightly different in my head, and in my mouth-shape. If I answer that way, though, it claims I have a midland accent, which I don't. So if I go with how I know they actually come out of my mouth, then it properly places me as west-coast.
( Accent Meme - I'm a California girl )
Interestingly, if I only answer the questions that I know I learned during high school, rather than ones that I picked up on my own at some point or other, then I only get 80% or 86% (there's one question that I don't know if I learned the answer in high school or not).
( High School Diploma Meme - except I didn't learn all of these things in High School )
