Random Buffy-ness, for those who are interested

As I was falling asleep last night, a strange idea popped into my head. In my semisomnolent state, I thought it was a fic that I had read, but then it jarred me awake enough to realize that, in fact, I hadn't. So if anyone wants to write this, go ahead. Sadly, it was far more complex and interesting in my dream-state, but the small nugget that I remember is:

What if Faith had somehow been given the Slayer's bag that Robin had, rather than Buffy getting it? What would have happened? Would she have accepted the spirit men's offer of further power? Etc.

ETA: Incidentally, in my dream, she did accept it, and Wesley was somehow instrumental in getting her the bag.

No, it was weird, I actually had it in my head like words, not pictures. Or a combination, maybe. And I wasn't fully asleep. I probably should write it, it's true, but I have no idea for the rest of the story. :)

You should write it down anyway before it fades. I remember dreaming the first part of what would be a lovely childrens story. Its about a wooden clock, with a carved sleeping dragon on the top, can see it in my head, stunning. You twist the key, to wind up the clock, and very *very* slowly the dragon stretches and wakes up. Sadly i have no idea how the story continues, i know the other keys on the mantlepiece have some significance. But ive got thios fragment written down, and thats enuff for now...
