ΝΟΝ ΤΙΒΙ ΕΣΤ
ΕΙ ΣΟΛΑΕ
ΤΡΑΧΤΑΡΕ
ΛΙΧΕΤ
This is Latin written in Greek characters, so really it's:
NON TIBI EST
EI SOLAE
TRACTARE
LICET
which we're figuring is just about: "Only she can handle it, not you."

ΤΡΑΧΤΑΡΕ
ΛΙΧΕΤ
