Grr, I was worried about that. There are a couple other versions that might be slightly more legible, but if you've got a mac (with a nice screen?) and still can't read it, maybe it's doomed. But I just liked the font so much! :) Anyway, what it says is: 'the ghost in the mirror'

Damn damn damn, there goes my brilliant idea for your birthday present! I knew I should have just gone ahead and bought the subscription, and not waited for your birthday.

Now, if I were really subtle, I would not reveal this to you, and instead find something else equally good and pretend I'd been thinking of it all along. However the chances of my achieving this in the next couple of weeks are too slim to be worth contemplating.
